PURPOSE OF THE WEBSITE. This website has been designed to provide information on the products or services we offer to those who may be interested in contacting us for this purpose. This legal notice (hereinafter the “Legal Notice”) governs the use of the website: https://dataslayer.ai

LEGISLATION. In general, the relations between DATASLAYER S.L. and the Users of its telematic services, present on this website, are subject to Spanish legislation and jurisdiction.

USE AND ACCESS OF USERS. The User is informed, and accepts, that access to this website does not imply, in any way, the beginning of a business relationship with DATASLAYER S.L. or any of its delegations.

Our tools connect to the official API’s (Google, Meta, LinkedIn…) to import your digital marketing data. We don’t store any of the returned data from the API calls. We only store your query parameters for debugging purposes, which include the data source name, date and time, metrics and dimensions, IP, and filters (NEVER YOUR DATA). This debug will be removed within one week.

With respect to Google services, our tools will only have rights to access your Google Analytics/Ads/YouTube data (depending on which service you are logging in to), and nothing else on your Google account. You can revoke Dataslayer’s right to access your data at any point from your Google account control panel (https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions).

We use Youtube API Services. By using our Youtube connection, you agree with the Google Privacy Policy.

Dataslayer use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY. The intellectual property rights of the content of the web pages, its graphic design, and codes are owned by DATASLAYER S.L. and, therefore, it is prohibited to reproduce, distribute, publicly communicate, transform, or any other activity that can be done with the contents of their web pages even quoting the sources, unless written consent of DATASLAYER S.L..

WEB CONTENT AND LINKS(LINKS). DATASLAYER S.L. reserves the right to update, modify or delete information contained in its web pages and may even limit or deny access to such information to certain users.

DATASLAYER S.L., through this document, collects its Policy of collection and processing of cookies, in compliance with Article 22.2 of Law 34/2002 of July 11, Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce (LSSICE).

Cookies are stored on the user’s terminal equipment (computer or mobile device) and collect information when visiting the website WWW.DATASLAYER.AI, with the aim of improving their usability, knowing the habits or browsing needs of users to adapt to them, as well as obtaining information for statistical purposes.
