Adela There are two ways to report an issue with one of your queries. In both of them you must do it in the add-on. Let’s see:
1. Click the refresh tab at the top and then click the option “Report an issue with a query”. A new window opens where you can explain the problem you are having with your query, as you can see in the video above.
You have to make sure that your query parameters are loaded in the add-on (metrics and dimensions in rows and colums), because if not, we can’t see the query parameters and we can’t find the issue.
To charge the parameters in a query already done, you only have to click on its data and then on “duplicate” (see the video). Now you can report your issue in the refresh button.
2. This way is easier, you only have to click on one cell in the query to bring up the menu in the add-on. Then click on “Report this query”. A new window opens where you can explain the problem you are having with your query.
